A city in ruins. A community struggling. A crisis of faith and an unpredictable future.
That’s the setting for the story of Nehemiah. And what we learn in his journey about rebuilding and restoring what is broken is timeless. It has multiple layers. On the surface his story reaffirms this idea, that “we can do more together.” But it also is an indicator of something more critical.
When we do something together, it has the potential
to affect how a generation sees God.
Join us on September 9th for a joint Parent Luncheon follow the morning services as we present an exciting new resource for families. After talking about a few things together, the two ministries will then split into ministry specific meetings as each goes over the exciting plans for the coming school year. For the Student Ministry specifically, we will be introducing a NEW CORE EVENT that I believe will make a huge impact in the spiritual life of our teens.
