Sunday morning, July 10, our church commissioned three mission teams going to Connecticut, Honduras, and Kenya to Love God, Love Others, Share Jesus, and Disciple Believers. These trips will take place during July and August. We ask for your prayers as we seek to fulfill The Great Commandment and The Great Commission!

Here's an overview of what each team is doing and how you can pray for them...

Connecticut (July 16 - 23)

Pray for our team of 17 people as we partner with church planters Kyle and Marcia Dykes from Gallup Hill Baptist Church to reach people through VBS, construction projects, Parents' Night Out, door-to-door visits, and VBS follow-up training. Several people will be baptized at Gallup Hill when we visit and we are hoping to help their church see many more come to the Lord! Pray for us as we join God where He's already at work.

Honduras (July 30 - August 6)

Pray for our team of 14 people as we partner with Mercy & Grace Ministries to build a water filtration system in the village of Buena Vista. We will also train local pastors, share the gospel through a Women's Bible study, and by leading VBS sessions for children. Please pray for the lost in Honduras to be receptive to the gospel, pray for our team to do works that can support local believers so they can continue to witness after we are gone, and pray for our team's safety.

Kenya (July 28 - August 6)

Pray for our 13 person team of teenagers and adults who are pursuing relationships with the people of Ereri while working alongside the community on projects, leading VBS, and visiting homes, churches, and local businesses. Please pray for the lost in Kenya to be receptive to the gospel, while also praying for the believers in the community and that our team can be empowering and encouraging to them while on our trip. Lastly, please pray for our team's overall health, safety, and travel as we traverse three continents as we take multiple flights.
